Windows beeps when scrolling

The cable will be USB so it wont matter, but do make sure the driver and the correct one are installed and nothing else needs installing in device manager. The beeps are because the background has frozen so nothing can be clicked, its just an audio version of the fact nothing clicks. If your friend upgraded from windows 7, 8 or 8.

Funny thing, the only answer I could find for this specific issue was in Russian. So, the issue here is for when you have a controller attached to the computer in question. I have never had this problem with any other program, and cannot get it to stop. I have unchecked the box for "Provide Feedback with Sound," but to no avail.
